Food trucks, small businesses and craft vendors are welcome at our Sunflower and Fall Festivals in Crimora, Virginia. A 10×10 spot is $20, payable the day of the festival.

We are excited to invite you to participate in one of our festivals. Event hours are 10am to 6pm and you are welcome to stay as long as you like. Please arrive by 9:15am to set up your booth. There is a $20 fee for a 10×10 spot, payable on the day of the festival.

What You Need to Apply

Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Accepted vendors provide a certificate of insurance and any necessary permits before the festival.

Festival Vending near Staunton & Harrisonburg
2513 Rockfish Road, Crimora, VA 24431, between Waynesboro and Weyers Cave. From I-81 take Exit 235 at Weyers Cave or Exit 227 at Verona. Our Sunflower Festival runs in early September and the Fall & Pumpkin Festival every weekend through November 1.
