Fall Festival
Over five acres of u-pick pumpkins, a five acre corn maze cut for America’s 250th, hay wagon rides, ten-plus photo op spots and 25+ activities. Everything is included in admission, so nothing costs extra once you are through the gate. Save room for the apple cider slushies and donuts.
October 10 & October 17
The farm after sundown, two nights only, on our two biggest weekends of the season.
Four hours, 20 guests, $250
The Event Barn
Birthdays, graduations, baby showers, reunions and company days. $250 for a four hour slot, including all-day admission for 20 guests, with extra guests at $5 each. You get 6 picnic tables, 3 folding tables and a trash can, and you are welcome to bring your own food or have pizza delivered. No alcohol on the farm. Rentals are first come, first served and must be booked in advance.

New for 2026
A Real Kitchen on the Farm
You can eat here without leaving the farm. The new kitchen serves hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, pretzels and nachos, plus lemonade, slushies, milkshakes and ice cream.
Bring your own instead if you would rather. Outside food is welcome on the farm. The other thing new this season is the 150ft mega slide, the longest slide we have.
Field Trips, Parties & Groups
Bring everybody
$12 per student and per chaperone. Teachers and classroom assistants are free. Groups of 100+ get a private farm day. Weekdays 9am to 2pm, September through early November, with a pumpkin life cycle lesson, a hayride and a mini pumpkin for every student.
$250 for four hours in the event barn, including admission for 20 guests. Extra guests are $5 each.
$28 plus fees gets you the whole fall season. Come twice and it has paid for itself.

An Easy Drive from Staunton, Waynesboro & Harrisonburg
We are at 2513 Rockfish Road in Crimora, between Waynesboro and Weyers Cave. Coming down I-81, take Exit 235 at Weyers Cave or Exit 227 at Verona and follow the signs in. Parking is free and self-park, right beside the gate.

Hours
Open to the public Saturdays and Sundays, 10am to 6pm, through November 1. Weekdays are reserved for booked school field trips and event barn rentals.
What to Bring
Closed-toe shoes, a wagon or stroller if you have one, and a cooler if you want to picnic. Leashed dogs, strollers and wagons are all welcome.
On Site
ADA accessible indoor restrooms, shaded picnic tables, a full kitchen and free self-park. Cash, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No checks or Cash App.
More Than a Festival
Grass-fed, grain-finished angus beef, plus pork, lamb, chicken and eggs raised right here with no added hormones. Open during festival hours, or call 540-820-7451 to arrange a pickup. Bulk beef available by the whole, half or quarter. On festival weekends the farm market also carries goods from local makers.
$20 an hour in the zinnia and wildflower fields, by reservation. Families, maternity, seniors and engagements. Field access only, so farm rides and activities are during festival hours. Email reservationsatendlessviewfarms@gmail.com.
We host local small businesses on festival weekends, and the farm store carries their goods year round. Makers can apply through our vendor form and we will follow up with dates and booth details.
The Patterson & Burnette families
A Working Farm First
Leanne Patterson runs the farm with her father-in-law Bill Patterson and her father Jimmy Burnette. The Pattersons have farmed along the South River in Augusta County since the 1740s, starting with a dairy that is now beef cattle, commercial sheep and registered Berkshire hogs.
The pumpkins, the maze and the sunflowers grow on the same ground. That is the difference between a farm that hosts a festival and a festival that rented a field.

Before You Come Out

Can we bring our dog?
Yes. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome on the farm. Please keep them clear of the animal barn and clean up after them.
What happens if it rains?
We decide open or closed each morning based on conditions and post it to Facebook first, so check there before you head out. Tickets are non-refundable and valid only for the 2026 Fall Festival. Attractions may close without notice in bad weather or for mechanical issues.
Is everything included in admission?
Yes. All 25+ activities are included in your ticket, including the five acre corn maze, hayride, slides, jump pillow and petting zoo. Sales tax is included in the ticket price too. Only the apple cannon, animal feed cups and anything from the farm market are sold separately.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. Outside food and coolers are welcome and there are picnic tables across the farm. Our kitchen serves burgers, hot dogs, fries, pretzels, nachos, lemonade, slushies, milkshakes and ice cream.
Is there a discount for seniors, teachers or military?
Yes. Admission is $14 with valid ID for seniors, teachers, military, first responders (police, fire and EMS) and healthcare workers.
How do we pay?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash work anywhere on the farm. We cannot take checks or Cash App. Walk-ins are welcome, but tickets are cheaper online.
Where do we park?
Parking is free and self-park. Stakes and ribbon mark the rows, and the lot is right beside the gate.
