About Endless View Farms, a Family Farm in the Shenandoah Valley
A family-owned and operated farm in the Shenandoah Valley, run by three generations who still raise cattle, sheep, hogs and poultry on the same ground the pumpkins and tulips grow in.

Our story
A Working Farm That Opens Its Gates
Endless View Farms is a family-owned and operated farm in Crimora, Virginia, proudly owned by Leanne Patterson. The farm is run alongside her father-in-law, Bill Patterson, and her father, Jimmy Burnette, whose hard work and dedication help make it a special place for visitors and for the local community.
Together they raise quality beef cattle, sheep, hogs and pasture-raised poultry, with a commitment to responsible farming and animal care. Leanne is also the proud mother of three daughters, who are growing up surrounded by the values of hard work, compassion and a love for agriculture.
Our mission is to provide a welcoming place where families can connect with the land, experience life on a working farm, and create lasting memories through our agritourism events while celebrating the traditions of Virginia farming.

Since the 1740s
Generations on the South River
The Patterson family has farmed along the South River in Augusta County since the 1740s. What started as a dairy is now beef cattle, commercial sheep, registered Berkshire hogs and pasture-raised poultry, plus the fields of pumpkins, sunflowers, zinnias and tulips that bring everyone out here.

Recognized for
Virginia Clean Water Farm Award, 2025
The Clean Water Farm Award was established by the Virginia General Assembly and is sponsored by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation in partnership with the state's 47 soil and water conservation districts. It recognizes farms for conservation practices that protect water quality, like keeping livestock out of streams, rotational grazing, cover crops and riparian buffers.

First responders
Every fall we host First Responder Weekend. Active military, firefighters, law enforcement, EMS and nurses get in free with a photo ID, and the Augusta County Sheriff’s Office and Fire & Rescue bring emergency vehicles out for families to see up close.
Local schools
Hundreds of students visit each fall on farm field trips, and every one goes home with a pumpkin and a pumpkin life cycle lesson.
Local makers
Our vendors are small businesses from around the valley, and the farm store carries their goods year round.
Come see it yourself
Four Seasons on One Farm
We open the gates four times a year. Same fields, same family, different crop.
Spring
The Easter Festival and the Tulip Festival, with over 100,000 tulips.
Late summer
The Sunflower Festival, with u-pick sunflowers and zinnias.
Fall
The Fall & Pumpkin Festival, u-pick pumpkins, the corn maze and 25+ activities.

Visit the Farm in Crimora, Virginia
2513 Rockfish Road, Crimora, VA 24431, between Waynesboro and Weyers Cave in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. From I-81 take Exit 235 at Weyers Cave or Exit 227 at Verona. Free parking. Drive times are approximate.
